Snow, Snow and a Motorcycle Show

Posted by gottabkd on Wednesday, December 5, 2007

It’s that time of year…. the time when one never knows for sure when the snow will actually hit us.. Well it has and is still coming down….. so much so that all across Canada, the weather has been the talk on all news sites, radios and around the water coolers…. We will have a white Christmas for sure this year.

Compared to this time last year, one would think we live in the North Pole where there is snow 365 days of the year. Well, we don’t and yet with all the snow we received, winter is definitely here….
Now is the time I wish I was a bear.. can anyone say HIBERNATE!!

Unfortunately or fortunately, depends on who you ask, I am not a bear of the four legged variety. I am a motorcycle enthusiast who wants something motorcycle related to do. I am already itching for spring 😉

Well this weekend the Toronto Motorcycle show hits Toronto. It’s billed as “All Roads Lead to Canada’s Premier Show” and is just one of two in as many months to come.

By Public Transit
Streetcars, buses, subways and GO trains provide the city with one of North America’s safest and most efficient public transit systems. It connects all parts of Toronto and outlying areas to Union Station, the city’s transportation hub. Union Station is accessible from the Centre via the Skywalk, a weather-protected walkway.

Take a look through the site and take the Motorcycle challenge here . It’s a good one.

So come on out and enjoy what the manufacturers have to offer and think about the spring that will soon be upon us. 🙂
