Cycle World Closing: Update!

This just in…. a friend of mine was looking for some spark plugs for his ride, where unfortunately Canadian Tire did not have them….
I know, why by MC parts at Canadian Tire right? But while on a Northern Ontario trip a few weeks ago, he had no real choice other than CT. So he decided to return the parts purchased, could not replace them there and decided to take a trip to Cycle World West to see if they were still open..Remember I told you that the Danbury Group was liquidating the store…. well, low and behold, Cycle World IS still open, had what he was looking for, with a reduction of 50% off.
As he says, it seems that most of what’s left, (tires, luggage, helmets, parts) were all on sale. Some up to as much as 50% off. Not sure if the helmets were 50% off but at the price of helmets these days, anything off is better than nothing off….

So check them out while they are still open…. who knows, you may just find what your looking for 🙂

Hello. I’m very sad to hear that Cycle World closed. I am thinking of getting a helmet for next season, and i was wondering if you would know of any place around Toronto that I could shop around for helmets.

    Hello Adrain…
Thanks for stopping by and thank you for your question.

There are many places in the Toronto area that you could purchase a helmet:
Parker Brothers on Dundas Stree West, actually a few doors East of the now closed Cycle World is a good place to start.

Also, if you can make it to the Toronto International Super Show, this January, there will a lot of vendors there that carry helmets while offering a very good deal. There will also be another super show in April where the deals should also be good.

You could also try any of the dealer shops, BMW, Kawasaki, Suziki, Honda, Yamaha and see if you can find one there.

Hope this helps! Let me know how you fair and if I can be of more assistance…

Please feel free to stop by anytime 😉
